O&A’s wide-ranging press capabilities allow us to efficiently stamp and form a wide variety of parts. Our capabilities include:
- Thicknesses from .005″ to .250″
- Flat, formed, and drawn parts
- Stamping all metals – aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, CRS, HRS
- Stainless and precoated materials
- High-speed fully equipped progressive die stamped parts
- Programmable feed devices that help maximize production speeds
We provide ongoing in-house maintenance on our presses and dies in order to keep them in top operating condition. Preventative maintenance means faster setup, shorter lead times and more competitive costs per piece.
