O & A Manufacturing enhanced its Fabrication capabilities by installing a new Amada Fom II 3015 NT CO2 4000 Watt Laser and a new Mazak OptiPlex 3015 4000 Watt Fiber Laser, one of the world’s fastest; for quick response turn around on Prototypes and low to medium run projects. Being ideal for cutting complex shapes, curves and contours. A fully automatic Fiber Laser with material tower provides for efficient lights out operation.
Our Turret Press with Automatic load and unload compliments our lights out Fabrication Operations.
Nestled in close to our laser cutting and Turrett Punching Machines are various size application press brakes including a new 10 foot Amada HG1003. A Press Brake with automatic tool changer all providing for a lean cellular operation.
